Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians. The LPN ensures patient comfort, monitors health conditions, and supports the healthcare team in delivering quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Record patient health information and report changes to RNs or physicians
• Perform wound care and change dressings
• Collect samples for lab testing (blood, urine, etc.)
• Maintain patient hygiene and comfort
• Educate patients and families on basic care and health management
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
• Follow healthcare regulations and facility policies
